This is the first gate in a larger meeting-notes workflow. It turns a tiny reviewed source into an inspectable table before any summary, follow-up, or task list is drafted.

Label exactly five atomic facts

Prepare five lines labeled N-01 through N-05. Each line should contain one independently checkable statement. Keep a decision, action, proposal, and blocker in their original categories, and remove content that is not approved for the selected AI tool.

Reject plausible completion

An empty owner or due date is evidence about the meeting record, not a field the model should complete. Compare each returned row with its source ID and reject any new date, owner, agreement, or category.

Continue only after the freeze passes

The related guide adds separate decision, action, confirmation, date-audit, and participant-review stages. This prompt alone does not produce a send-ready follow-up and cannot establish that participants accepted the record.
