Use this prompt when the facts already exist and the job is to transform them into a useful artifact. Its main value is the contract around the draft: what the source is, what must remain unknown, and what the model must check before returning an answer.
Prepare the source before you paste
Remove fields that do not affect the result, then replace every bracketed variable that does. Keep names, figures, dates, exclusions, and policy wording in a retained source outside the chat. If the material is confidential or regulated, confirm that the selected account and workflow are approved before uploading anything.
Read the output as a draft
The final-check instruction can make omissions easier to notice, but it cannot prove that the answer is correct. Compare the output with the retained source, especially for numbers, dates, negations, quotations, and unsupported commitments.
What the retained test supports
A filled version was used once with a synthetic decision memo and a prewritten fact ledger. That test supports the workflow design for one bounded case. It does not provide an accuracy rate or guarantee the same result in another model, account, language, or domain.
